Liam Gallagher has announced Miles Kane and DMA’s as the support acts for his upcoming tour of the UK and Ireland this November.

The former Oasis frontman is touring this autumn to promote his latest second solo album Why Me? Why Not, which was released last month and debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart.

Gallagher made the announcement last week by uploading the tour poster on Instagram, which named DMA’s and Kane as his support acts.

The Australian rockers will support Gallagher for the first half of the tour before The Last Shadow Puppets member Kane joins Gallagher for dates in Liverpool, Dublin, Nottingham and London.

Sharing the news on his own Instagram page, Kane said: ‘Excited to announce that I’ll be supporting the one and only @liamgallagher in Liverpool, Dublin, Nottingham and London this November. Cannot bloody wait, extra crispy!’

Slowthai was originally due to support Gallagher on the tour but was forced to back out as he decided to join US rap collective Brockhampton on their US tour instead.

Gallagher doesn’t seem to hold any grudges against the Northamptonshire rapper, saying he was ‘gutted’ that slowthai had pulled out of the UK tour.

‘I still love ya homeboy,’ Gallagher said over Twitter. ‘Good luck in the USA.’
